RESERVATION FEE & CONDITIONS FOR FESTIVE SEASON
- Minimum booking 2 nights.
- Booking on Half board or Full board only. No Bed and Breakfast package between December 15th 2023 and January 6, 2024.
- On making the Reservation - Amount equivalent to one night.
- 7 DAYS Before arrival- Top up to 50% of entire booking amount.
- During check- in – Strictly clear the balance before proceeding to the room.
ROOM CHARGES
We charge based on occupancy not number of beds.
- Single - Means one person in a room with 1 or 2 beds.
- Double - Means 2 people in a room with 1 or 2 beds.
- Triple - Means 3 people in a room with 2 or 3 beds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservation fee is Non-Refundable.
- DATE CHANGE: Notify us change of dates at least 7 days before arrival for Peak we will allow you to rebook with same reservation fee within 12 months, Subject to availability. Deposits not used within 12 months will be forfeited.
- LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FOR PEAK- For all cancellations for Peak 7 days or less to the date, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
- Booking amendment- to reduce or change the number of nights booked during peak please communicate 7 days in advance. For late changes you will be charged in full for all nights booked regardless of the nights you stay.
- Early check out- If for whatever reason you need to check out earlier than planned you will still pay for all nights booked.
CHILD POLICY
Children Sharing with Parents
- Under 2 years - Not Charged when eating from parents plate. However if you need special or separate baby meals you will be charged for the meal.
- 2- 9 years- Charged Ksh. 1,000 for the use of facilities and Kshs. 1,000 for breakfast, Ksh. 1,000 for lunch and Ksh. 1,000 for dinner.
- 10 years and above sharing with parents- Charged Ksh. 1,000 for the use of facilities and Kshs. 1,000 for breakfast, Ksh. 1,500 for lunch and Ksh. 1,500 for dinner.
Children in Own Room
- Charged in full regardless of age.
MEALS
- Breakfast and Dinner will be Buffet. Lunch ala carte.
- Breakfast timing strictly 7am to 10am. Early breakfast can be served on request.
- Dinner timing strictly 7pm to 10pm.
- If you miss any of the buffet meals no ala-carte will be done and no refunds.
- Lunch will be ala-carte and should be ordered at least one hour in advance.
- FOOD AND DRINKS from outside strictly not allowed. A Corkage fee of Ksh 1,000 per bottle will be billed to anyone found consuming drinks from outside.
ROOMS AREA
- Kindly maintain silence around the rooms in order not to interfere with the peace of other guests. Loud music and blue tooth speakers not allowed in the rooms area and room verandas. Those with own Bluetooth speakers to use them in the garden and at reasonable volume and only when we do not have music being played centrally.
POOL
- Our pool is a NO- DIVING pool.
- Swimming in Lake is strictly not allowed in Mbita Branch because of Hippo risk.
- Swimming in Lake in Takawiri Branch is permissible but done at own risk.
- Drinks are allowed in the pool area. However, NO GLASSWARE OR GLASS BOTTLES in pool area. You will be served with tumblers in this area to avoid breakages of glass inside pool. In case of violation and glass breakage the inside pool will be evacuated, cleaned, re-filled and treated at your own cost. This is estimated at Kshs 100,000/=
- NO MEALS/FOOD in the pool area.
